I would add a rule to the statute of PD which prohibits any member to talk about alliances before he laid down a program with the following characteristics:
- CLEAR. Key words Net
- concise. The contents should "pierce the screen" in the few minutes of an interview. (Program and is not to say superficial, but well summarized, because this is what too often missing)
- including a voter any
Once ready, the program will be presented the media and the test of 9: If any old lady interviewed outside a supermarket will answer the question "what is the position of the PD on (topic of your choice)?", will be approved.
After this process we can talk of alliances, in the sense that it will submit the program to the various parties, who will decide whether to sign it or not. Parties who sign have the opportunity to nominate someone in the primaries, mandatory. Whoever wins will be the leader of the coalition.
